This is a good basic carrying case for the Kindle. I chose this case over an attached cover because I did not want anything to get in the way of the page-turning buttons that are on both sides of the Kindle. It is a quality product, reasonably priced, and not meant to make any fashion statements. It fits perfectly and provides protection while transporting the Kindle.

Very practical, functional, nothing fancy. Does what is says it will do. Not for those that need ego enhancement with real leather or designer name.
Maybe an outside pocket for storing the charger cord would have been nice.
